Ensuring a fully positive hotel stay: this is the goal of Inclusive Hotel, an initiative dedicated to guests with autism spectrum disorders, children and adults, their families, and caregivers.
Inclusive Hotel was born from an idea by Best Western hoteliers and developed thanks to the scientific support of L’abilità Onlus.
To best accommodate our guests, our staff has undergone training provided by experts from L’abilità Onlus. We have selected the ideal rooms, analyzed the common areas, and prepared a Hotel Guide, available for consultation in advance, with all the information needed to prepare for the hotel stay of people with autism spectrum disorder.
Furthermore, to simplify and make information more readily available, you will find information sheets in the rooms detailing the hotel’s services and information about our city translated into Augmentative and Alternative Communication symbols.
