TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The Best Rate Guaranteed is applied to bookings (for which a booking procedure has been completed) made for a Expo brand hotel from the Hotel Expo web site www.hotelexpoverona.it. To request the application for the guaranteed best rate, complete the form which is at the foot of this page.

The Best Rate Guaranteed is applied exclusively to bookings for hotel Expo rooms, with the exception of the sale of special offers or packages.
The rates included in the guarantee must be accessible to the public and open to booking, excluding in particular:
- rates reserved for groups
- rates reserved for companies
- rates reserved for agencies
- rates reserved for Hotel Expo employees
- rates reserved for Hotel Expo partners and their employees

The Best Rate Guaranteed is applied to the type of room equivalent to the one booked.
The equivalent type of room must be available and bookable on another internet site at the moment of checking by Hotel Expo customer care.

The Best Rate Guaranteed is applied to dates of stay equivalent to the booked dates of stay.
For requests concerning a booking of two or more consecutive nights (for one hotel), the Best Rate Guaranteed is carried out on a price per night basis and not on the total price of the stay.

If the rate found on another internet site is expressed in a different currency to that of the rate booked from the Hotel Expo site, customer care will make the conversion of that rate into the same currency of the rate offered from the Hotel Expo site.
The exchange rate to be applied will be the one in force at the moment of the initial booking.
Once the rate has been converted, Hotel Expo reserves the right to reject the claim if the difference between the rates appears due to the application of a difference in exchange rates between the two internet sites in question.

When the Best Rate Guaranteed is applicable, the sales conditions associated with the rate from the other internet site must be equivalent to the sales conditions of the rate booked from the Hotel Expo site.
In particular, the following need to be considered:
- any need for pre-payment and of payment of a deposit
- cancellation conditions (terms of cancellation)
- conditions of booking modification.

After checking by customer care, the Best Rate Guaranteed will be agreed if the claim satisfies all the application conditions. Customer care will send you an e-mail message which will contain your booking’s confirmation number and the new rate applicable to your booking.
If it is a booking on a pre-paid rate, the hotel will proceed to the reimbursement of the difference in the price on the credit card debited at the beiginning on-line.
If the claim does not satisfy the conditions connected to the Best Rate Guaranteed, customer care will send you an e-mail message explaining the reason why the guarantee cannot be applied.
Should you want to cancel the booking made on the internet site www.hotelexpoverona.it, the applicable cancellation conditions are those specified in the sales conditions described on the site.

Hotel Expo declines any responsibility for any expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation of a booking, for all bookings made on a different internet site from www.hotelexpoverona.it.
Hotel Expo reserves the right to adapt to bring to an end the Best Rate Guaranteed, as well as the conditions of this guarantee at any moment whatsoever and without prior notice.
